Current status
Humperdinck's public website does not currently display an active checkout in the audited landing page. This policy describes the expected purchase framework and must be finalized before payments are accepted. No payment processor or merchant-of-record service has been selected, and this draft does not identify one as operational.
Pricing and checkout
The purchase page must show the final price, currency, taxes where applicable, the identity of the seller or merchant of record, what features are included, supported operating systems, the requirement to register or sign in to a Humperdinck account for purchase and initial Pro activation, activation limits, and whether any recurring charge applies before an order is placed. Checkout, payment collection, tax handling, receipts, refunds and disputes will be described accurately once a provider and merchant arrangement are chosen.
One-time Pro purchases
Humperdinck Pro is intended as a one-time lifetime software license for up to 10 activated devices, with all future updates to Humperdinck Pro included and permanent offline use after initial activation. A Humperdinck account is required for purchase and initial activation; the activated application remains usable offline permanently without recurring verification. There are no recurring subscription fees for the Pro software license. Separately offered hosted services, models or products, if any, must be priced and disclosed independently.
Refunds and legally required remedies
Humperdinck Pro purchases are generally final. There is no voluntary refund or change-of-mind refund period. This does not limit refunds, cancellation rights, chargeback rights or other remedies required by applicable law, including remedies for products that are not as described or do not function as legally required. Customers must be shown this policy before payment.
Problems with installation or access
If the software is faulty or cannot be activated, contact the published support channel. Mandatory consumer remedies may apply regardless of any voluntary refund policy.
How to contact us — publication required
The seller will be a Texas, United States sole proprietor operating as Humperdinck. Before accepting payment, the seller's legal name, billing support contact, dispute procedure, processing timelines and any legally required notice address will be provided.
