Pre-launch information. This page explains current practices and planned policies. Certain commercial, account and community features are not yet available; remaining legal and operational details will be published before those features launch.
01

Respect others' rights

Do not upload, distribute or publish text, audio, voices, music, recordings or other material unless you have the necessary rights or another lawful basis. AI generation does not erase copyright, performer, publicity or privacy rights.

02

Submit a copyright concern

If Humperdinck begins hosting user-submitted public material, sharing must be opt-in per voice and require an uploader rights-and-consent confirmation. Every new voice submission must remain nonpublic pending automated checks and a publication approval decision. Approval is not a determination that content is legally noninfringing, and rights holders may still submit reports and takedown requests after publication. Rights holders should be able to identify the allegedly infringing material, the protected work, contact details, a good-faith statement, and authority to act. A voice creator may separately request removal of their own published voice. Voluntary removal stops new Humperdinck downloads, without automatically revoking earlier lawful licenses, but does not prevent action against copyright infringement, unauthorized voice use, lack of consent, fraud or other legal violations. We will evaluate properly submitted notices and any counter-notices under applicable law. Removing a hosted file cannot recall third-party copies already downloaded.

03

DMCA agent — not registered by this page

Publishing a webpage does not designate a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Operators seeking certain Section 512 safe-harbor protections for user-hosted content must separately register and publish an accurate designated-agent contact. This website does not claim that registration has been completed.

04

Reporting channel — publication required

Before public community uploads open, the required copyright reporting contact and, if applicable, registered DMCA agent details will be published. A formal registered DMCA agent is not claimed at this stage.

05

User content and repeat infringement

If community publishing launches, Humperdinck must establish submission review, user reporting, investigation, creator appeal, removal and repeat-infringer procedures, along with appropriate notice and counter-notice practices consistent with applicable law before accepting uploads.
